The Governing Board meets at least once a term and various sub-committees convene more frequently. The Board’s role is to monitor the financial and educational well-being of the School and to plan and oversee school development.

Chair of Governors, Mike Mason
Mike has served most of his career as a Learning and Development Specialist within the Royal Air Force. Since leaving regular service, he has worked within the horse racing industry as a Learning Consultant and is currently working for Systems Consultant Services as a Senior Learning and Development Consultant to the Ministry of Defence. Peter Brooks
Pete has been the Headmaster of Kingswood House School in Epsom for 15 years. He is also an ISI School Inspector. Pete has a grown up family and is an avid rugby fan.

Eamonn Fogarty
Eamonn grew up in Tipperary, where he gained an honours degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Limerick before moving to London in the late 1980s. After a number of senior Technical and Management roles in London and Surrey, Eamonn founded a Cheam-based IT company in 1997. Eamonn has two daughters who are both at Bramley. Eamonn sits on the Finance Committee.

Jimmy Gribben
Jimmy, born in Belfast, is a career banker with Allied Irish Banks. A Senior Manager, he currently heads up the Private Banking Division in Britain. Jimmy is married to Patricia and father to three children; his two daughters are former Bramley pupils. Jimmy is the Chair of Finance Governor.

Ginny Howard
Ginny is a Chartered Architect who has worked in private practice on a variety of building types including hotels, offices, housing and school buildings. Ginny designed the Founders' Wing at Bramley. Ginny's two daughters are former Bramley pupils. Ginny sits on the Health and Safety Committee.

Andrew Lambert
Andrew was born in Sutton and educated at Sutton Grammar School. He now runs an Industrial Building Design and Foundation Piling Company from Ewell. Andrew is married with two daughters, both former Bramley pupils and now lives in Chipstead. Andrew sits on the Health and Safety Committee.

Dr Andreas Pitsiaeli
Andreas lives in Tadworth, having joined a local GP practice as a partner in 1995. He as educated in Sutton and Wimbledon and trained in medicine at Charing Cross and Westminster Medical School in London. He has a son and a daughter. His daughter is a former Bramley pupil. Andreas is the Governor responsible for Child Protection and Safeguarding.

Kelly Shead
Kelly was Chair for the Friends of Bramley Parent/Teacher Association between 2004 and 2007. Her daughter was a Bramley pupil and has now progressed to senior school. Kelly sits on the Marketing Committee.

Nick Willett
Nick was educated at Whitgift School in South Croydon. Nick is married and has two daughters who are both former Bramley pupils. Nick is the Managing Director of Valley Automotive Limited, which runs two Saab dealerships. Nick sits on the Health and Safety Committee.

Judy Brown
It is with great sadness that we have to announce the sad passing of one of our Governors, Judy Brown, who died on 26th October 2011. Judy grew up in Sutton and a few years ago moved back into the area having lived and worked in Herefordshire, London and Kent. She was a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and had a particular interest in employee relations and employment law. Judy was a Bramley Governor for over six years and a great support to Mrs Burgess with regards to Human Resources matters. She will be sadly missed.
